Godot Framework Dev Kit

This dev kit is still under development and has not been tested extensively.

The web example build differs from a desktop build in a few ways.  The web example build does not save settings whereas the desktop build will.  There are also some features (like the quit button) that are intentionally not present in the web build since it does not make sense within the platform.
